If George were to actually buy shares in the market, that might move the stock north.

A Rob McEwan he will never be, but it might help to actually own some of the company you are the CEO of.

Maybe the board could change his salary stucture to be goal based and share price performance related for the next 5 years. That would get my attention for sure.
