This is only one of the multiple reasons:

McEwen Mining has 296,024,859 shares issued and outstanding. Rob McEwen, Chairman, President and Chief Owner, owns 25% of the shares of the Company.

SanGold has 344,345,029 shares issued and outstanding. George Pirie, Chairman and CEO, owns 0% of the shares of the Company.
