Message: What the heck happened to Silverback?

Looks like someone dumped 1,536,528 shares at the close. No doubt part of a prearranged planned trade.

As far as I know SGR is not going out of business. But I'm not sure anymore what their business is.I thought it was gold mining with the view to growing their resource and turning a profit. Sinced I've owned shares they have increased the resource and ounces produced but still no profit. Also in that time they have at least doubled the number of shares while the share price has been cut in half. So, whats next? Either this is a very clever charade by the management of this outfit to appear like a going concern or they are a going concern. This is my question as one of the shareholders,to the management. Is this all a charade set up to be constantly manipulated by a few big funds ( you know who) or is it an honest to goodness attempt to build and develop a gold mine that will return value to the many other shareholders who have put their faith in this operation. I know San Gold is not the only PM miner whose share price has been hit this year but they all aren't off as much as SGR which seems to be down roughly 65%.

I don't know what to think anymore. Is this company turning into a joke or what? I guess only the people running it know for sure.
