Pursuant to a special resolution passed by shareholders on Oct. 31, 2012, the company has consolidated its capital 1:20 and has subsequently increased its authorized capital. The name of the company has not been changed.

Effective at the opening, Friday, Dec. 7, 2012, the common shares of Wildcat Exploration Ltd. will commence trading on the TSX Venture Exchange on a consolidated basis. The company is classified as a gold ore mining company.
