Jefferam, I don't think for a second that San isn't reading the posts on this board. The fact of the matter is, even though they are aware of and understand investor frustration, they simply don't exhibit the competence needed to improve the situation. No matter which way you look at it, we've got a dud for CEO. Rather than waste your time on him, write to the BOD.
I recently got an email from Agoracom congratulating me on my promotion to VP. It lasted all of 60 seconds before I was demoted back down to Treasurer. I don't know why but I couldn't care less. As long as I can read other posts and occasionally vent my own frustration, I'm good.
