"The material reduction in reserve and M&I ounces is disappointing and will likely be viewed negatively by investors....investors may be concerned with SGR's ability to add ounces considering 350km. of drilling resulted in this update."

That being said, the 250km. of drilling being done in 2012 should bring us down to 300,000oz. M&I., This is managements second screw-up involving downwardly revised reserves. Somebody can't count.

Management: " We will in fact have to stop drilling in order to maintain our current resources." (Sarc.)

Well....at least we still have the Strikepoint claims.
