just reading the Notice of AGM and Mgmt Information Circular.

Looks like the boys do more than pat each other on the back, Dale and the Compensation Committee have have approved 15% plus increases to George ($400k from 350k), Gestur $280 from $240, Ian $310 from $240. Bonuses were generous as well at $250k for George, $160k for Dale, $110k for Gestur and $200k for Ian. Even Bouley received $108k in fees (?) and option based awards of $252k.
