...companies vier off there rules. The Board should vote yes.Companies have their own rules on vestment but options can be paid out if agreed on. San should have this some where on WWW.SEDAR.COM ..The question why before the 43-101...then again i guess if your not a director then you would not have to show your sells on the Canadian insider report. without prejudice.
