You can earn activity points by filling your profile with information about yourself (what city you live in, your favorite team, blogs etc.)
This will certainly make things easier for Mr Pirie. They probably have a culture where the guys still go to Dale for approval despite Mr Pirie being in charge now. This of course is only speculation on my part.
