Even IF this 'lapse' is not such a big deal in itself, why not be the one company (SGR) to buck the trend of not doing what was promised,

I would like one person to show me where somebody PROMISED a NR this week. It was merely a suggestion and most of us were hoping it to come to pass. Let us all get real and stop putting words into other peoples mouths.
