Jefferam- If you do much with the Small Cap stocks you will notice that the missing and total lack of reguard for keeping SH informed as to why the missed timeline is the NORM rather than the EXCEPTION. In most businesses people make a committment and take pride in meeting or exceeding it. Not in the Junior Mining Sector , it is almost unheard of. Do not think anything will change as everyone just says "That is the way it is, get over it or get out."
