Rookie, if you're somehow implying there is no housing bubble in Canada because our banks are more prudent, and "it's different here", I'm going to have to reevaluate my opinion of you.
I wasn't implying anything D. The point being made, and I believe I am correct is that we are not as screwed up as the US. As a matter of fact I sold my entire real estate portfolio in 2007 believing we were about to see much higher interest rates at that time. I now only own my personal residence mortgage free. Bubble or no bubble that is the question, and to be honest I couldn't give a gosh darn.
