I agree with the comparison to LSG. SGR needs to do something big to get noticed again by the retail investor. As long as the retail is not buying there is no incentive for the share price to be moved up. They will keep shaking and accumulating at these levels until Ma and Pa start accumulating, then they will need to move us up. OMHO
