My only concern is the sell off by the insiders just before the first quarter results.

Pre March 2009 I would believe that. Now it's just HFT momo trading desks pushing the sp around. The market is a sham. Fundamentals were thrown out the window a long time ago and the only saving grace is that once the db's are finished dicking around, the move up could be explosive.
