My guess is that Richard and Courtney are looking at the upside potential of SKP, which is now trading at half of the value it was at only a few months ago and figuring that the potential % gain is a higher there than in SGR, or perhaps will be realized more quickly. And they would know, since they are the two main chiefs of that company. So, I would expect to see insider buying info coming out soon on their buys of SKP. This is strictly speculation on my part, but logical, IMO.

If this guess is not correct, then I think there is another "hot stock" that they know about and want to get in on, and the place to get the cash is to sell their SGR shares. I think they realize SGR will be a profitable investment, but that is something else that they think will be more profitable or profitable more quickly.
