not sure if any one has expirence this situation while placing your trades. I submitted a buy order for x number of shares using TD WebBroker as level two showd only one prior bid. My bid did not show up on the bid knowing i would have seen the volume bid increase..I contacted TD and was told TD now switches automatic through their trading platform, any stock under a $ 1.00 goes over to the Alpa exchange. I escalated my thoughts to upper management as to what happen next. # 1. alpa has a 20 minute delay, unless you pay for level two you cannot see what your shares are doing as my order went to alpa at a bid of $ .x another bid for only 1,000 shares out bid me to buy for 1/2 a cent higher. # 2..back at the Venture exchange, now 3 order are stack up to buy my shares at the same price as my bid but my shares are trading on alpa with a $ 1/2 cent 1,000 share order masking my bid and a large number of shares of my stock filled on the venture ex..#3, I argued the point that shares traded after their time slot was later then mine and i should have been filled, as his response was because i had a partial fill the platform figured i had a better chance of getting filled on alpha.....# 4. now the bid price has risen by one cent so i cancel my remaining order and resubmitt for the ask price $ 1.5 cent higher and again my order was switch to alpa and the ask price was not taken on the Venture and again TD defended their platform..as why i was not getting filled.. PS' please call if you expirence this as all on line trading well transfer your orders to alpa..not a level playing field here because of the 20 minute delay in reporting.. Traps7
