I don't think it's heavy volume selling, it looks like the regular perps selling to each other to give that appearance, selling 100 share here, 100 share there and then crossing to cover and to control the price. Month end, first quater end, and projections that SGR WILL actually achieve this year - the shorts will have to cover.
