Rumor - SGR to take out BGE (Bison Gold)

I heard a rumor from a colleague who was in the Bissett area that SGR may be looking at taking out BGE. Just wondering if there is any truth to this, did anyone else here similar or anything of that nature? Or was this guy on crack and didn't know what he was talking about.

Just looking for some insight.
