I personnally do not think that enough people read the boards or rely on this chatter for serious decisions. Some little players could get scared out, however the SP on a company with 300 million shares outstanding will require some major interest to move things. The thing about ratings is that often we have noticed when we are reaching a bottom the negativity increases dramatically(as you would expect), however more often than not hub leaders receive low rankings from new members that some feel is a deliberate attempt to remove censorship privileges. I have been a hub leader for quite some time now and I am not too concerned about the ranking, however I visit often and can flag violations fairly quickly. Most visitors never see the red flags and I can honestly say that very few posts are removed. The primary violations are spam, however the spammers have given up for the most part because of the quick response to their garbage.

I think we have to remember that even though the boards are declared to be for investors, it would be pretty boring conversation if we all agreed on everything. This board in particular with often weeks between news. Some visitors only want to come for a visit looking for News on the company, however if you are on the e-mail list you would not have any need to read the blog. For me the board gives me a place to chat with people that have the same investments as me and it is comforting to know I am not alone as the air is leaking from the life raft. lol .
