Tough to draw to an inside straight if the card doesn't exist! No chance at four of a kind if 3 of the cards have been pulled out of play!

IMHO, SAN's deck is being manipulated (stacked) against most players, certainly you and I!

It's time for a card count, just to give this "play" a facade of "honesty!"
