RMX and SGR were about 1.2 billion each not too long ago when SGR was at 4$. Going forward, RMX will need to dilute and raise big bucks or get bought out, fortunately SGR won't. I expect RMX will be issuing a PP any day now at much more favourable levels than the San Gold if they want their gold to see daylight.
