From a TA point, what's it mean when it takes 2 runs at the 200 day MA and doesn't break through?

Actually, it did break through the $3.77 200DMA to a high of $3.83 on December 14th, and closed above the 200DMA at $3.78. Technically, it has broken through, not broken down, and the up channel starting from November 29 remains intact.
