IMHO, SAN's new CEO has been placed to "facilitate" the imminent TO of SAN, an announcement of which will be made in the next 6 mos or less!!

The PR doesn't outline any/many reasons why Dale stepped down.

The usual, Dale wants more time with his family, is even absent!
