This is probably the guy behind the syphoning off of the nation's reserves. Previous job was at the IMF and after he left his job at the central bank he becomes a director at Placer Dome which is then taken out by Barrick. Someone should open up the file on Mulroney and this DB and investigate exactly what went on.
