Fred, I believe that you are correct in your assesment.

I have shares in companies like IAE, XEL, ALE, and STP.

In all cases, the management teams have under promised. They are very conservative but also ambitious.

They have each over delivered and the SP has been rewarded. 5 year targets are something people believe from these guys because they have not missed a target yet.

Unfortunately SGR can no longer get that kind of respect, they now need to earn it. Since they are no longer an exploration company only, they now need to deliver cash flow from operations.

There is so much potential here but it is sad to see the promised land and not be able to get there.
