SGX Resources Inc. Announces Acquisition of Mineral Claims

Hugh Wynne, CEO of SGX Resources Inc. (“SGX”) (SXR: TSX-V), is pleased to announce that SGX has completed the acquisition of three mineral claims (the “Mineral Claims”) located in Tully Township, Porcupine Mining Division, District of Cochrane, Ontario from 2205730 Ontario Inc. (“2205730”). The consideration paid by SGX to 2205730 for the Mineral Claims is 72,000 common shares of SGX. The Mineral Claims are subject to a 1% net smelter royalty in favor of 2205730.

Following a reevaluation of prior work, SGX intends to actively explore the Mineral Claims.

The purchase of the Mineral Claims by SGX is subject to the final approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
