San Gold Corporation - one of Canada's most exciting new exploration companies and gold producers.
I have started to think of our price decline as a readjustment. If you bought your shares during the run to 5 bucks I can see why you would be dissappointed and possibly even a bit angry. For anyone that got in early, I believe you should be happy with the turn of events. I have been doing some comparisons with other stocks and the big run we had was during a negative envoirnment for resource stocks and we got way ahead of ourselves. This may have been deliberate to get maximum price for necessary fund raising, however most of the other stocks that I have been following were bottoming out in the summer when SGR was peaking. All of these other stocks have now gone on runs upward and reached a price level that is similar in valuation to the current SGR price. The thing that makes it look so bad IMHO is that SGR was overvalued at $5 and with the drop in price coinciding with the others going up is what really hurts. The 52 week high for SGR almost corresponds with the 52 week low in many other high quality mid tier juniors I am presently monitoring. Not recognizing this is my fault not Dales.
