I am wondering what is the significance of that number. Rook, San can raise her share float ( past in minutes ) to what she needs to meet her market requirments. San would account on our market makers to filter the shares onto the market. The mention of a possible 35 million is a heads up to the TSE head hunters to allow this value calculation into their fair market value. Some will deem it in and some not but San has someting up her sleeve here.. I am thinking since San has the option to exercise these shares they will likly be at alot higher share price from here , possible looking to advance their reserves through a take over , warrant covering , options covering and any short fall required to move forward.
