So here's what I think in regards to San's future. It really depends on what may be discovered in the depths of the old mine. If the mesothermal veins become richer and thicker between their currently known level of 4000 m. to the 6000m., then we have another Goldcorp on our hands. The exploratory drilling and the geology of the Rice Lake goldbelt thus far suggests that this is the case. As far as the hinge zones are concerned, drilling now would seem to suggest that the high grade veins are too narrow and erratic to make them minemakers. I note that we haven't heard anything from the joint venture drilling program with Strikepoint. My impression is the zones probably peter out on the other side of the fence. So yes the hinges are bonus nevertheless, that G. didn't have. But the real deal for San to hit the big time is in the deeps. Cheers everyone, Alibaba.
