Simple, he does not know how to. Mining is a tough business that requires a lot of planning and hard work to stay on target. There are many things that can go wrong and most of the time a lot of things do go wrong. You have to plan for these and have plans to address them, monitor them closely and take action right away to address them. Does this sound like Dale and his crew?
