Did the institutions that coughed up 80 million know?

If they didn't know, why are they not raising hell?

Was the reduction from 130 million to 80 million due to the reduced numbers?

Was the reduction leaked on purpose to keep someone ( a potential rival) out of the loop?

If the institutions that bought knew of the reduction, why did they buy? Do they know something we don't?

If the institutions have knowledge like this in advance, is this legal, or ethical and does it bode well for us in a possible eventual takeover?
