A big thanks to my fellow posters who knew for certain what this meant, benefited from the information I raised and never responded to my query by reply post, PM, or email.

I guess some people you meet in this game (even face to face) are in it for themselves and don't even try to help out the other guy even after they have taken their money of the table.

not evidence the Issuer’s intent to file a short form prospectus, to enter into any particular

financing or transaction or to become a reporting issuer in any jurisdiction. This notice

will remain in effect until withdrawn by the Issuer.
