You're right, BC. D'accord!

We need guys like Traps7 to help us keep on track and help us to not give in to impatience and despair when things don't happen timely, as we hoped for, or even as promised by management. It's not hype to tell the truth and to remind people of it, since it's so easy to forget it, and to lose perspective and give up and run. If there is someone guilty of hype in this, maybe you could say that it's management for making promises which they haven't keep. Maybe it's due to their youthful enthusiasm - after all, how old are those guys anyway? :)
