Silver, totally agreed on both points! Its just when Cos run roughsahod over their SHers through mismanagement, manipulation or whatever their SHers should be the first to know, not the last as is usually the case. (Dream along) They (not to single out SAN) do it with such impunity, without fear of any consequences. (Much easier tha robbing banks or stealing off the gravity table!)
That is the "minefield" we walk through as "investors/speculators" in virtually all markets!
I'm a pessimist's pessimist when trust /commitment are required for any publicly traded equity, including SAN (which I've extended more "rope" than I nomally would!)
Suggesting removal of management was simply and exersize of discontent, knowing full well it will never happen for many reason of which you covered a few!
