The Old Boyz Club (OBC) makes all such decisions regarding placement on all exchanges! With regard to SAN's movement to the Big Board (TSX) a flick of TMS's pinkie would move SAN up in a NY minute!

Another board TMS controls has a former supe pf the TSX as a serving member.

TMS is no doubt on the BOD of the OBC! (Possibly CEO!)

Go figure!
