Someone said management was guaranteeing their job by doing this. I doubt it.

If this money is used to finance an new shaft and mill (not enough I know) and they have diluted enough to lose control then I would think they should lose thier jobs in order to make sure the new shaft goes in and the company turns the corner to profitable production.

At least that is what I would do if I had control of this company. Bring in someone who can get the job done.

They're through with the major exploration, it's time to get some professionals to pull the gold out of the ground. The size of the amount of money raised indicates this. You don't need that much money for more exploration.
