What if a currency crisis is imminent and coming soon? Why would they not secure the funds now while you can rather than wait for another crisis to occur and have to scramble for cash or suspend operations. Then they look like genius. Dont jump ahead of the gun.

I think in the long term the fundamentals are still there and if they wanted to produce they would easily pay back all those outstanding shares. (If they wanted too!)
