Silver, I agree, must be for a new shaft, I guess near the 007 zone, hopefully Bill knows where the core (pencel) is. I don't believe it will be for any major aquisition, and they don't mention aquistions above.

They must be making this decision to raise $130M on some factual information (drill results?, the decline intercepted another zone?) which I believe they should have disclosed to the general shareholders, that could have also driven the share price higher..... I'm damn sure the financial backers know what they have found,......... of course we are told diddly.

$4.00 will look like a sweat heart deal for their clients if this Management group can fast track this project to become intermediate size producer. Time for management to prove they can produce gold, cash and value for all shareholders !
