It reminds me of the broker who's having a slow day. He calls one client and says it's time to sell SGR. He phones another client and says it's time to buy SGR. He swaps the accounts, makes a couple of commissions and the clients are none the wiser. And he can continue to maintain that his investment advice is right 50% of the time.
