Recent discussions with company management suggests that San Gold is maintaining its 2010 production guidance of 100,000 oz of gold at a total cash cost of C$500/oz - production in the latter part of the year is expected to benefit from increased mill throughput (with the addition of feed from the 007 Zone) and higher grades.
-- I can't make the AGM this time. Can someone chat with Dale to get his ideas of how the 100K oz can be made in 2010. In Q1 they made 13K oz, so they have to mine 87K oz for the other 3 qaarters, or 29K oz/Quarter, which is a 100%+ increase from Q1. 007 drift is to be finished in July, then ramp will be done at earliest in Oct as I can guess, so I guess oo7 can contribute at most 13K, which requires hinge and RL to make 74K oz gold for 3 quarters, or about 25Koz/qtr, almost double the current Q1. I hope mgmt is right, which will jump the SP by 100%, but I don't see how it can happen. Pls comment if I missed anything here. Thx.
