As far as production goes, just one more mine putting out 350tpd and they will have the current mill maxed out. The upgrade is scheduled for 2011. What does this involve? They will need to hire enough hardrock miners to man two shifts seven days a week, and provide them with accommodation, food, proper training and all the equiptment required to do their job efficiently and safely. All of the new men and equiptment will require additions to the maintainence crew and office staff to handle human resources issues,payroll and accounting etc. Heck, all I had to do was buy some shares with a few strokes of a keyboard. Since I have the ability to sell my shares just as easily, I really do not think management owes me a damn thing. As far as promo goes I would rather have facts delivered in a timely manner than hype and BS. It takes time to build a mine and it takes lots of drilling and some luck to find the gold so I expect we will be growing and adding value for many years to come. With any luck, one day we will see a rabbit pulled out of a hat and we will soar like an eagle.
