Still don't know why I read this guy... In his last article he wrote:
"Over in market guru-land an equal amount of drama-laden jawboning was heard over the past day. Jim Rogers declared he is angst-ridden over the fate of paper money (depicting a ‘final nail in the coffin of the euro’ to listeners), but that he likes gold. Stop me if you have heard that one before, from microphones located in Mr. Rogers’ neighborhood."
"Stop me if you had heard that one before" - Is he for real? He is the jawboning guy and has been dead wrong in all of his calls on gold for the last five years. Maybe I still read him because he is a definite contrarian indicator...He is considered a market guru as all of the news agencies always interview him. Senior analyst at Kitco...If I listened to him, I wouldn't have made any money over the last few years. You guys in this forum have been calling the markets better than him and provide great analysis on this stock. I still read everyday so I will now go back in my world of silence. I bet there is a lot of readers like myself.
Thanks and as Traps puts it---Long on the Greeens!
