Not sure who benefits, but I think a while back, someone beat a top BBC presenter to his polling station, and knowing his address, voted in his place......postal voting has come in.....I think they have found lots of bogus people (or not found them) registered here and there.....I don't think anyone knows, and the authorities don't givce a hoot. IMHO.
