Maybe. If both of your computers are directly connect to the modem. People with more than one computer rarely do this, however.
From your wording it sounds like both your computers are at home on the same network, which means you are probably using a firewall/router between your modem and your computers. This means the IP address seen on the internet will be the same for both your computers.
