They can only spend funds on eligible development and it did happen on the Hinge ramp,because it was a totally new mine development, but they have to get a government approval to use development flow thru for the 007 ramp.It is iffy in the fact that it is a continuation of another deposit!

If you read the 43-101 it recommends more drilling. They will not have any problems spending the 26M.
