Traps, the SP itself belies uncertainy!
Production #s belie uncertainty!
The geology, as you outline, belies uncertainty throughout the "Belt!" It's a guessing game at best which, IMHO, management could turn aroud with a continual overview of what, where and why!
Promo, has, IMHO, been virtually nonexistant, further contributing to everyone's uncertainty! Managment's inability to be forthcoming with information and meet their self imposed goals on a timely basis maintains a very high level of uncertainty with an escalating index of distrust!
By this, I mean offer information in a general format that our gray matter can tweak instead of the very techncal fashion, most of which the average lay person (which includes most present and potential SHs) is unable to connect with his inherited synaptical distribution and lack of geoligical education. In some circles it is called "Schmoozing!)
A small dose of the K.I.S.S. principle would go a long ways to alleviating some of SAN's uncertainty! An example would be to "editorialize" the importance and nature of 52oz/T (or whatrever) to the future of Bissett, to SAN, to everybody from SHs to employees, to the Province of Manitoba, and to this great Dominion itself!
Has the story even been read into Hansard in Manitoba or Ottawa? (what story?)
SAN is fast becoming one of Canada's best stories never told!
These uncertainties have and will "cripple" SP! (Which Monday may need no further encouragement!)

Hell, uncertainty belies uncertainty!
