I was actually told that they did not have to do a 43-101 inorder to get listed on the TSE and that they only had to do a disclosure (i belive that is what he called it).

Gotta wonder who is running the place.If no 43-101 was required then why are we not already on theTSE ( must be a reason). This was on my second round to SAN in the afternoon and I was in a hurry so I did not ask the obvious question above (sorry).

Seems like an endless stream of contradictory information. I think I will attend the annual meeting this year if it is in Winnipeg and try to adress this issue of constant miss information ( maybe it is just to many people trying to give information and no coordination).
