As Lunch says, if you didn't know there would be a financing you must live in you parents basement suite.

This money will accellerate drilling and if you consider the grades in tha 007, it will be well worth it. Why use earned dollars to drill with when you can get equity dollars at a price that is premium to market. This will allow more underground development to proceed and will accelerate production because their will be more money available.
