I get the feeling that it is Jitney that needs to replenish. Without liquidity provided by Jitney, I believe Raymond James will stay away until the offers build to a reasonable level. They have been been buying off the ask side so will want to stay away so as not to drive the price too quickly. (This is only an opinion from an observer)
