Thank-you for posting the information on the number of SGR shares the various Goodman entities control. The information does seem to suggest however that the 37% estimate is about correct if we throw in a generous number for his personal holdings as well. Although this is a significant position, it still does not put Mr. Goodman in a position of a controlling interest of SGR. I would refer you to Trap's post yesterday on the matter for a more complete take on Ned's position.
